Welcome to ExoDent. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, and by engaging with us, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

  1. Services
    We specialize in providing dental products and services to clinics, including:
    - Titanium Bar with Zircona
    - Full Anatomy Zirconia (Monolithic)
    - Cut Back Zirconia Layered Emax Porcelain
    - Emax Veneers and Emax Inlay/Onlay Monolithic Crowns
    - Emax Veneers and Crowns Layering Technique
    - Hard Night Guard (Michigan Splint)

    All products are custom-made based on the specifications and information provided by the client (you, the clinic). Please ensure that all required details are accurate to avoid delays or errors in production.


  2. Orders
    Orders can be placed via email or phone. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm the details, including materials, design, and delivery timelines. Please review this information carefully and inform us of any changes immediately.
    Once your order is confirmed, we will begin production. Order cancellations or significant changes after confirmation may result in additional charges depending on the production stage.


  3. Delivery
    We are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. Based on the type of service, the typical delivery timeline to the UK is between 3 and 7 days, with a maximum delivery time of one week. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on external factors like shipping delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.

    We will provide tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond our control.


  4. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are communicated at the time of order confirmation. and Invoices will be issued once the order is confirmed.


  5. Returns and Refunds
    Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not permitted unless the product is found to be defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt to discuss the problem.

    We reserve the right to inspect any products that are reported as defective before offering any form of replacement or refund.


  6. Liability
    ExoDent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product provided.

    We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, strikes, or natural disasters.


  7. Privacy
    We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal or business information shared with us. Your information will only be used to process your orders and communicate with you about our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
